Islington Interior
Christopher has transformed a dilapidated ground floor apartment in an idyllic part of Islington into what is now his home. Victorian aesthetics is accentuated by bold, brooding colours in the living room and bedroom, whilst lifting it with brighter, more playful elements. Brighter walls and lighter marbles highlight the natural light in the kitchen. Polished concrete and antiquated bronze create a tranquil space for contemplation in the bathroom. Lastly, a mirrored hallway with softer lighting, and a front door that reuses the original stained glass, balances and harmonises these two different spaces.
